What if I received a defective/damaged item?
If you have received damaged or defective items in the unusual circumstance, you could return in the same condition and in the original box and/or packaging. Once we receive the item, we will check it and if the item is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund along with any shipping charges included.
What if I received a wrong item?
In the unusual circumstance where the item received is wrong, you can return the item in the same condition you received it in and in the original box and/or packaging. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is INR 200.
What if the product is out of stock?
