Refund Policy

Return Conditions -:

Free returns are available for all items within 7 days of delivery, provided the return conditions specified below are met.

•  1. Purchases must be returned from the original delivery location.

• 2. Returns will be accepted only if there is any manufacturing defect with the product or mismatch of the product.

• 3. Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all A. HAMI BROS barcodes if any, attached and any related tester pieces.

• 4. Incomplete, damaged, or altered returns, or anything we at A. HAMI BROS reasonably believe has been used, will not be accepted and therefore be sent back to the customer.

• 5. If the product sent to us is not defective, you will be charged for shipping charges.

• 6. No return or refund policy for the products which have been bought by discount or promotional costs.

Receiving a Refund -:

• 1. No Refund for cash on delivery orders.

• 2. Refunds will be accepted only for orders which paid through online payment method.

• 3. We will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by the bank of your payment method within 10-15 working days (Indian public holidays may delay this process).

Exchanges -:

• Currently orders cannot be exchanged online.
